Summary: This house has a beautiful view. The host is prompt at answering questions and check in is very easy. There is room for many people, as long as your party does not mind single and trundle beds. The neighborhood is very nice, and the location private.For our stay, there was a stale, perhaps old smoke odor that never left, even though the home is non-smoking. We were a bit surprised at the extensive check out list (far beyond stripping the beds), even though there is a 400 cleaning fee associated with the stay. We had a nice stay, but be sure to block off an hour or two at check out to wipe all the counters, sweep all the floors, strip the beds etc.
